Wal-Mart is exclusively offering a special, 2-disc version of "This Old Road" that includes an hour-long radio promo program. You may remember this program - it appears to be the same one that played on some radio stations and was circulated on the web after the CD's release last year. It features interviews, songs from "This Old Road" and two live performances - "The Pilgrim" and "Sunday Morning Comin' Down."
It seems as though Wal-Mart is trying to lure in Tim McGraw fans with the release. It came out on the same day as McGraw's "Let It Go" - which features the song "Kristofferson" - and, at least at my local Wal Mart, the Kris CD is displayed with the McGraw ones.
